Viewing CWO details for an Eng. Doc

This page allows you to view the details of the component work order selected in the “Eng. Doc History” page. Tell me more.
Select the “View CWO Details” link at the bottom of the “Eng. Doc History” page.
The “View CWO Details” page appears.
The system displays the following field:

Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
The system displays the following fields in the “CWO Details” group box:

Comp. Work Order # |
The component work order for which the details are displayed. |
|
Component # |
The component for which the CWO is raised. |
|
CWO Description |
The textual description of the component work order. Zoom facility available. |
|
Part # |
The part number of the component for which the component work order is raised. |
|
Serial # |
The serial number of the component for which the component work order is raised. |
|
Work Center # |
The work center in which the component work order was executed. |
|
Parent CWO# |
The parent component work order of the current component work order. |
|
CWO Status |
The status of the component work order. |
|
User Status |
The user-defined status of the component work order. |
|
Planned Start Date |
The date on which the component work order execution was scheduled to be started. |
|
Actual Start Date |
The date on which the component work order execution was started. |
|
Planned End Date |
The date on which the component work order execution was scheduled to be completed. |
|
Actual End Date |
The date on which the component work order execution was completed. |
|
Estimated Duration |
The duration of time estimated for the component work order completion. |

Actual Duration |
The duration of time taken for the component work order completion. |
The system displays the following fields in the “Cost Details” group box:

Resource Cost |
The cost of resources incurred on the component work order. |
|
Material Cost |
The cost of material incurred on the component work order. |
|
Misc. Cost |
Any other cost that incurred on the component work order. |

Total Cost |
The total cost incurred on the component work order. |

No of Sub-CWOs |
The number of child component work orders attached to the current component work order. |

Total Sub- CWO Cost |
The total cost incurred on the child component work orders. |
Viewing CWO details for an Eng. Doc – An overview
This page allows you to view the details of the component work order selected in the “Eng. Doc History” page. You can view details such as the CWO number, description, status, user-defined status and parent CWO. You can view component details such as the part number, serial number and component ID.
You can view the work center and the schedule details such as the planned start and end dates, actual start and end dates, estimated duration and actual duration for component work order execution.
You can also view the cost details such as the percentage of work completed, the total cost incurred on the CWO, cost incurred on the child CWOs, material cost, labor cost, resource cost and any other extra cost specified for the component work order.
