Viewing the parts associated with the part group

You can view the parts that are associated with a specific part account group. Tell me more

Select the “View Associated Part” link in the “View Part Account Group” page. Alternatively you can select the hyperlinked Part Account Group in the multiline of the same page.

The “View Associated Parts” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Part Account Group Details” multiline:

Part Account Group	A unique code identifying the part account group.
Account Group Description	The textual description of the part account group.

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” multiline:

Part #	The unique code identifying the part associated with the part account group.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
Part Type	The type of the part associated.
Issue Basis	The basis on which the part is issued, which could be “Returnable”, “non-Returnable” or ”Core Returnable”.
Expense Type	The Expense type, which could be “Capital” or “Revenue”.
Reference Status	The status of the part account group.
Created At	The Org. Unit where the part account group was created.
