This page allows you to view the details of the contact person in the bank. You can view also view the contact number and the email address of the contact person.
Select the “View Bank Contact Details” at the bottom of the “Select Bank” page to view the contact details of the bank.
The “View Bank Contact Details” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Status |
The status of the bank account. It could be “Fresh”, “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Bank Reference |
The number identifying the bank reference. |

Bank Name |
The name of the bank. |
The system displays the following in the “Contact details” multiline:

Contact Name |
The name of the contact person in the bank. |

Designation |
The designation of the contact person in the bank. |

Department |
The department to which the person belongs. |
|
Phone No. |
The contact number of the person. |

The electronic mail address of the contact person. |
