The “Create Bank Contact Details” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Bank Reference #

A number identifying the bank reference.

Bank Name

The name of the bank.

Contact Name

The name of the contact person in the bank (Alphanumeric, 40). Mandatory.

Designation

The designation of the Contact person (Alphanumeric, 40).

Department

The department to which the person belongs (Alphanumeric, 40).

Phone

The contact number of the person (Alphanumeric, 20).

E-mail ID

The e-mail ID of the contact person (Alphanumeric, 60).

Note: You can enter the contact details for any number of contact persons.

The system saves the contact details that have been entered.

Creating bank contact details – An overview

 

 

This page allows you to enter any additional information pertaining to the newly created bank reference. You can enter the details of the contact person in the bank like his / her name, designation and department. You can also enter the contact details of the person like the phone number and email address.
