Viewing skills associated to work center

This page allows you to view the skills associated to the work center. Tell me more.

Select the “View Associated Skills” link at the bottom of the “Select Work Center ” page.

The “View Associated Skill Information” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the "Work Center Details" group box:

Work Center #	The work center for which you wish to view the skills available.
Work Center Type	The type of the work center, which could be “Hangar”, “Bay”, "Shop", "Line" or “Others”.
Work Center Description	The textual description of the work center.
Exe. Org Unit #	The organizational unit to which the selected work center is associated.

The system displays the details of the skills that are available in the work center in the following fields in the multiline:

Primary Skill #	The number identifying the primary skill.
Primary Skill Description	The textual description of the primary skill.
Number Of Employees	The number of employees possessing the primary skill.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the skill for which you wish to view the details of the employees possessing them.

To proceed, carry out the following

Select the “View Associated Employees” link at the bottom of the page to view the details of employees possessing the selected skill.

Viewing skills associated to work center – An overview

In this page you can view the details of the skills belonging to the employees associated to the selected work center. The system displays skill details such as the primary skill number, primary skill description and the number of employees possessing the skill. You can also view the details of employees possessing these skills in the “View Employee Information” page.
