Viewing shared facilities information

In this page you can view the details of the facilities that are shared by different work centers. Details such as the holding work center, facility object code, facility number, manufacturer serial number and rate per hour for the facility are displayed.

Select the “View Shared Facilities” link at the bottom of the “Select Work Center” page.

The “View Shared Facilities Information” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Work Center Details” group box:

Work Center #	The selected work center for which you wish to view the shared facilities.
Work Center Type	The type of the work center, which could be “Hangar”, “Bay”, "Shop", "Line" or “Others”.
Work Center Description	The textual description of the work center.
Exe. Org. Unit #	The organizational unit to which the selected work center is associated.

The system displays the following field:

Currency

The currency followed in the organization unit.

The system displays the details of the shared facilities in the “Facility Object Details“ multiline:

Holding Work Center #	The number identifying the work center that holds the facility object
Facility Object Code	The identifier of the facility object.
Facility #	The number identifying the facility.
Manufacturer Serial #	The serial number of the manufacturer.
Rate / Hr	The rate per hour of the facility.
