Viewing facilities associated to work center

This page allows you to view the facilities associated to work center. Tell me more.

Select the “View Associated Facilities” link at the bottom of the “Select Work Center” page.

The “View Associated Facility Information” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Work Center Details” group-box:

Work Center #	The selected work center for which you wish to view the associated facilities.
Work Center Type	The type of the work center, which could be “Hangar”, “Bay”, "Shop", "Line" or “Others”.
Work Center Description	The textual description of the work center.
Exe. Org Unit #	The organizational unit to which the selected work center is associated.

The system displays the following field:

Currency

The currency followed in the organization unit.

The system displays the details of the facilities that are associated to the work center in the multiline:

Facility #	The number identifying the facility.
Facility Description	The textual description of the facility.
Facility Type	The type of the facility, which can be “Equipment”, “Tools” or “Others”.
Facility Category	The quick code to which the facility is associated in the “Create Facilities” activity. This field appears blank if the facility is not associated to any quick code.
Capacity	The capacity of the facility in units.
Available Nos	The quantity of identifiable facility objects associated to the facility.
Service Area	The service area in which the facility can serve which could be “Child Work Center”, “Current Work Center”, “All Work Centers” or "Current Station Work Center".
Rate/Hr	The hourly rate of the facility.

Click the hyperlinked facility number in the multiline to view the facility objects that have been associated to it.

Viewing facilities associated to work center – An overview

In this page you can view the details of the facilities associated to the work center. You can also view the details of the facility objects that have been associated to the facilities. Details of the facility such as facility number, description, type, category, capacity, quantity, currency and rate are displayed in the multiline.
