Viewing facility objects associated to facilities

This page allows you to view the facility objects associated to facilities. Tell me more.

Click the hyperlinked facility number in the “Facility Details” multiline of the “View Associated Facility Information” page. .

The “View Facility Object Information” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Work Center Details” group box::

Work Center #	The work center to which the facility is associated.
Exe. Org Unit #	The organizational unit to which the selected work center is associated.
Work Center Description	The textual description of the work center.
Work Center Type	The type of the work center, which could be “Hangar”, “Bay”, "Shop", "Line" or “Others”.

Enter the following field in the “Facility Details” group box:

Facility #

Use the drop-down list box to select the facility, to view the associated facility objects. The system lists all the facilities that are associated to the work center selected in the main page.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to display the details of the selected facility.

The system displays the following fields:

Facility Type	The type of the facility, which can be “Equipment”, “Tools” or “Others”.
Facility Description	The textual description of the facility.
Facility Part #	The part number identifying the group of facility objects.
Facility Category	The quick code to which the facility was associated in the “Create Facilities” activity. This field is left blank if the facility is not associated to any quick code.
Capacity	The capacity of the facility in units.
Available Nos	The quantity of identifiable facility objects that have been associated to the facility.

The system displays the following field:

Currency

The currency followed in the organization unit.

On clicking the “Get Details” pushbutton, the system fills in the following multiline fields with the details of facility objects that have been associated to the facility.

Facility Object Code	The identifier of the facility object.
Manufacturer Serial #	The serial number of the manufacturer.
Model #	The model number of the facility object.
Service Area	The area in which the facility object can serve, which can be one of the following:
	Current work centers - indicates that the facility object can serve only in the current work center.
	Child work centers - indicates that the facility object can serve in all the child work centers that belong to the hierarchy of the current work center, including the current work center.
	All Work centers - indicates that the facility object can serve in all the work centers associated to the login organizational unit. Current Station Work Center – If the employee can serve in the current station-work center combination.
Rate / Hr	The hourly rate of the facility object.
Status	The status of the facility object, which can be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Viewing facility objects associated to facilities – An overview

In this page you can view the details of the facility objects that are associated to the work center through a facility. Facility objects are the identifiable units of the facility. You can select the facility and view the details of the associated facility objects. Details of the facility object such as the facility object code, manufacturer serial number, model, area in which the facility object can serve, productivity factor and status are displayed in the multiline.
