This page allows you to view the employees associated to work center. Tell me more.

The “View Associated Employee Information” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the "Work Center Details" group box:

Work Center #

The selected work center for which you wish to view the associated employees.

Work Center Type

The type of the work center, which could be “Hangar”, “Bay”, "Shop", "Line" or “Others”.

Work Center Description

The textual description of the work center.

Exe. Org Unit #

The organizational unit to which the selected work center is associated.

The system displays the following field:

Currency

The currency followed in the organization unit.

The system displays the details of the employees who are associated to the work center in the multiline:

Employee #

The number identifying the employee.

Employee Name

The name of the employee.

Primary Skill Description

The textual description of the primary skill of the employee.

Productivity Factor

The productivity factor of the employee.

Rate / Hr

The rate of the employee on an hourly or daily basis.

Planner (Y/N)

The system displays “Y” if the employee has been identified as a planner, and “N”, if he is not been identified as a planner. A planner is an employee who is responsible for activities such as resource allocation, resource leveling and job scheduling within work centers.

Resource Group

The resource group to which the employee belongs, which can be “Inspector”, “Mechanic” or “Others.

 
  • Inspector – indicates that the employee can perform the activities of an inspector.

 
  • Mechanic – indicates that the employee can perform the activities of a mechanic.

 
  • Others – indicates that the employee can perform the activities other than those done by an inspector or a mechanic.

Service Area

The system displays the service area in which the employee can serve, which can be one of the following:

 
  • Current work center - indicates that the employee can serve only in the current work center.

 
  • Child work center - indicates that the employee can serve in all the child work centers that belong to the hierarchy of the current work center, including the current work center.

 

  • All Work centers - indicates that the employee can serve in all the work centers associated to the login organizational unit.

  • Current Station Work Center – If the employee can serve in the current station-work center combination.

Association Status

 The association status of the employee with respect to the work center.

Viewing employees associated to work center – An overview

View Work Center Attributes - A summary of the activity

In this page, you can view the employees who are associated to the work centers for the purpose of carrying out maintenance activities. Details such as the employee number, name, primary skill description, currency and rate are displayed in the multiline. The system further indicates whether the employee has been identified as a planner or not. The resource group to which the employee belongs and the area in which the employee can serve are also displayed.
