Viewing aircraft model capability

This page allows you to view the aircraft model capability details. Tell me more.

Select the “View Aircraft Model Capability” link under the “Work Center” business component.

The “View Aircraft Model Capability” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date field appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Enter the following fields in the “Model – Work Unit Details” group box if you wish to retrieve the details of the work centers based on the work units belonging to the selected aircraft model. Data entry in these fields is optional:

Aircraft Model #	Use the drop-down list box to select the aircraft model. The system lists all the active aircraft models that are defined in the “Create Aircraft Model” activity of the “Aircraft” business component.
Certificate Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the certificate type. The system lists all certificate types defined in the “Create Certificate Type” activity of the “Logistics Common Masters” business component.Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the work centers irrespective of the certificate type. The system leaves this field blank by default.
Certificate #	The number identifying the certificate that is issued to the work center (Alphanumeric, 40). The system retrieves all the work centers associated to the certificate number entered here.
Certifying Authority	Use the drop-down list box to select the authority that has issued the certificate. The system lists all the certifying authorities defined in the “Maintain Certifying Authority” activity of the “Logistics Common Masters” business component.Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve the work centers irrespective of the certifying authority. The system leaves this field blank by default.
Work Unit #	The number identifying the work unit (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the work centers, to which the selected aircraft model is associated, based on the work unit numbers that are similar to the work unit number entered here. Work Unit Type	Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the work unit. The system displays the options, “Task”, “Standard Procedure” and “Work Package”. The system retrieves all the work centers to which the selected aircraft model is associated, based on the work unit type selected here. The system displays “Task” by default.

Note: Ensure that the work unit of the specified type is already defined for the aircraft model in the “Maintenance Task” business component.

As On Date	The date as on which the certificate associated to the work center is valid (Date Format). The system retrieves all the work centers having certificates that are valid as on the date entered here.
Org. Unit #	Use the drop-down list box to specify the organization unit to which the work center is associated. The system lists all the organization units defined in the system. By default, the system displays the organization unit of the login user.

Click the "Search" pushbutton.

The system fills in the following fields in the "Work Center Details" multiline based on the filter criteria entered:

Work Center #	The number identifying the work center to which the selected aircraft model is associated.
Aircraft Model #	The number identifying the aircraft model.
Certificate #	The number identifying the certificate that is issued to the work center.
Certificate Title	The title of the certificate.
Certificate Type	The type of the certificate.
Certificate Authority	The authority that has issued the certificate.
Work Center Description	The textual description of the work center.
Work Center Category	The category of the work center as defined in the “Create Work Center” activity.
Work Center Type	The type of the work center, which could be “Hangar”, “Bay” or “Others”.
Valid From	The date from which the certificate is valid.
Valid To	The date till which the certificate is valid.
Exe. Org Unit #	The organizational unit to which the work center is associated.
