The “View Work Center Information” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date format

The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Exe. Org Unit #

Use the drop down list box to select the execution organizational unit in which the work center to be viewed was created. The system lists all the organizational units in which the work centers are created. By default, the organizational unit you have logged into is displayed.

Status

Use the drop down list box to select the status of the work center to be viewed. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve work centers irrespective of status. The system displays “Active” by default.

Work Center #

The work center number for which the details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter all or part of the number you are searching.

Work Center Category

Use the drop down list box to select the quick code to which the work center is associated. The system displays all quick codes that were defined during the “Create Quick Codes” activity, of type “Work center” and status “Active”. Leave the field blank to retrieve work centers irrespective of the quick code association.

Work Center Description

The textual description of the work center for which the details are to be viewed  (Alphanumeric, 150). If you know the description in full, you can enter it. Otherwise, you can provide the description partially.

Work Center Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the work center to be retrieved. The work center could be of type “Hangar”, “Bay”, “Shop”, “Line” or “Others”.

The system retrieves the work centers of type selected here.

Leave this field blank, if you wish to retrieve work centers irrespective of the work center type.

The system fills in the following fields in the multiline based on the filter criteria entered:

Work Center #

The number identifying the work center.

Work Center Description

The textual description of the work center.

Work Center Category

The category to which the work center belongs.

Created At

The description of the execution organizational unit in which the work center is defined.

Work Center Type

The type of the work center, which could be one of the following:

  • “Hangar” – If the maintenance activity is to be performed in the hangar.

  • “Bay” – If the maintenance activity is to be performed in the bay of the hangar.

  • “Shop” – If the maintenance activity is to be performed in the shop floor.

  • “Line” – If the maintenance activity is to be performed in the line station.

  • “Others” – If the maintenance activity is to be performed in locations other than hangar, bay, shop floor and line station.

Work Center Class

The work center class may be one of the following:

  • Execution – Indicates that the work center is set as an execution work center to which the components must be routed automatically for maintenance activity.

  • Reference - Indicates that the work center may be a virtual work center set as reference for the execution work center.

Status

The status of the work center, which can be either “Active” or “Inactive”.

Created By

The name of the user who created the work center.

Created Date

The date on which the work center was created.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the work center.

Last Modified Date

The date on which the work center was last modified.
