This page allows you to view the facility details. Tell me more.
Click on the “View Facilities” link under the “Work Center” business component.
The “View Facility Details” page appears.
The system displays the following:
Date format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |
Enter the following filter criteria, to search for a particular facility number:
Facility # |
The facility number for which the details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter all or part of the number you are searching for. |
Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the facility to be viewed. The system provides the options “Active” and “Inactive”. Leave the field blank to retrieve facility numbers irrespective of status. The system displays “Active” by default. |
Facility Description |
The textual description of the facility for which the details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 150). If you know the description in full, you can enter it. Otherwise, you can provide the description partially. |
Facility Category |
Use the drop-down list box to select the quick code to which the facility is associated. The system displays all quick codes of type “Facility” and of status “Active”. Leave the field blank to retrieve facility numbers irrespective of the quick code association. |
Facility Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the facility to be viewed. The system provides the options “Equipment”, “Tools” and “Others”. The system displays “Tools” by default. |
Created at |
Use the drop down list box to select the organizational unit in which the facility to be viewed was created. The system lists all the facilities that are created in the organizational unit specified here. By default, the organizational unit you have logged into is displayed. |
Click the “Search” button to display the search results.
The system displays the following field:
Currency |
The currency code as defined for the login organizational unit. This currency code is defined in the "Enterprise Set Up" business component. |
The system fills in the following fields in the multiline based on the filter criteria entered:
Facility # |
The number identifying the facility. |
Facility Description |
The textual description of the facility. |
Facility Category |
The quick code to which the facility is associated. |
Part # |
The part number associated to the facility. |
The system displays the “Mfr. Part #” and “Mfr. #” fields, and hides the “Part #” field above, if the parameter “Enable Manufacturer Part # control in transaction” under the Category ‘Manufacturer Part #’ is set as “Yes” in the “Set Inventory Process Parameters” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component. If the parameter is set as “No”, the system displays only the “Part #”.
Mfr. Part # |
The number assigned to the part, by the manufacturer of the part. |
Mfr. # |
The code identifying the manufacturer of the part. |
Part Description |
The textual description of the part. |
Rate / Hr |
The rate per hour payable to the facility. |
Status |
The status of the facility, which can be either “Active” or “Inactive”. |
Capacity |
The capacity of the facility in terms of units. |
Created By |
The name of the user who created the facility. |
Created Date |
The date on which the facility was created. |
Last Modified By |
The name of the user who last modified the facility. |
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the facility was last modified. |
