Help on Organization Unit

This page allows you to retrieve the details of the organization unit that is already defined in the system.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Org. Unit #” field in the main screen.

The “Help on Organization Unit” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Work Center #	The number identifying the work center for which the details are displayed
Work Center Description	The textual description of the work center
Work Unit Type	The type of the work unit that can be performed in the work center.

The system displays the following fields in the “Org. Unit Details” multiline:

Org. Unit #	The code of the organization unit defined in the system.
Org. Unit Name	The name of the organization unit.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the organization unit.
