Example:

Consider that the Package PKG1 has following parts that are issued:

The Work Center - Warehouse association is as shown below:

The following are applicable for this example:

• For the Work Center ‘WC2’, “Auto Return?” for the 'Part Type' "Component" is set as “Not Required” in the “Work Center” business component.

• Let Part ‘P5’ is of 'Part Type' "Component".

• Let for the 'Package Type' of PKG1 “Auto Return of Parts” is set as "Required" in the “Common Masters” business component.

Now, if the status of the package PKG1 is changed to 'Completed', the system automatically creates the Return Documents as shown below:
