This page allow you to view quick codes. Tell me more.
Select “View Quick Codes” link under the “Maintenance Task” business component.
The “View Quick Codes Information” page appears.
The system displays the following:

Date Format |
The format in which the date fields appears in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default. |
Enter
the following field:

Quick Code Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of quick code to be viewed. The system provides the options: "Task Category”, “Task Type” and “Exe. Phase”. The system displays "Task Category", by default. |
Click
the "Search Records" pushbutton to display the search results:
The system fills in the fields in the ”Quick Code Details” multiline based on the filter criteria selected:

Quick Code |
The quick code retrieved by the system, based on the filter criteria entered. |

Description |
The textual description of the quick code. |
|
Status |
The status of the quick code, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |

Created By |
The login ID of the user who created the quick code |
|
Created Date |
The date on which the quick code was created. |
|
Last Modified By |
The login ID of the user who last modified the quick code |
|
Last Modified Date |
The date on which the quick code was last modified. |

Comments |
Any additional remark pertaining to the modification of the quick code. |
