Selecting access panel task for viewing

This page allow you to select the access panel task for viewing. Tell me more

Select the “View Access Panel Task” link under the “Maintenance Task” business component.

The “Select Access Panel Task” page appears.

Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box, if you know the access panel task number for which the details are to be viewed:

Access Panel Task #

The access panel task for which the details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30).

Select the “View Access Panel Task Details” link displayed alongside to view the access panel task information.

Search for access panel task

Enter the following filter criteria in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for an access panel task. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Access Panel Task #	The access panel task for which the details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the access panel task number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the access panel task numbers that are similar to the values entered here.
Base Aircraft Model#	The number identifying the base aircraft model on which the access panel task can be performed
AP Task Type	Use the drop-down list box to specify the type of the access panel task to be viewed, which could be “Open” or “Close”. The system lists all the access panel tasks that are of the type specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of access panel tasks irrespective of the type. The system leaves the field blank by default.
Status	Use the drop-down list box to specify the status of the access panel task to be viewed, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. The system lists all the access panel tasks that are in the status specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of access panel tasks irrespective of their status. The system sets the field to “Active” by default.
AP Task Description	Enter the full description of the access panel task to be viewed or specify it partially using the “*” character (Alphanumeric, 150). The system lists all the access panel tasks whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here.

Note: If all the fields are left blank, the system will list all the access panel tasks that are defined.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search results.

The system fills in the following fields in the ”Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered:

Base Aircraft Model#	The number identifying the Base Aircraft model.
Access Panel Task #	The number identifying the access panel task.
AP Task Description	The textual description of the access panel task.
AP Task Type	The type of the access panel task, which could be ”Open” or “Close”.
Status	The status of the access panel task, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Click the hyperlinked access panel task number in the multiline, to view the access panel task details.

Selecting access panel task for viewing – An overview

This option allows you to select an access panel task for which details are to be viewed. If you know the access panel task number to be viewed, you can directly enter it. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the access panel task number, access panel task description, type or the status. The details of the selected access panel task, such as its number, description, type and the status are displayed.
