In this page, you can retrieve the details of the standard procedure that is already defined. You can carry out the search using the standard procedure, its description, organizational unit name and ATA chapter number. Details such as standard procedure, its description, status, ATA chapter number, organizational unit number, and organizational unit name are displayed.

Std. Procedure #

The standard procedure for which the details are to be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the standard procedure numbers that are similar to the value entered here.

Aircraft Model #

The aircraft model number to which the standard procedure is associated (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the standard procedures with the aircraft model number entered here.

SP Applicability

Use the drop-down list box to specify the entity for which the standard procedure is applicable. The standard procedure could be applicable for an “Aircraft”, “Engine” or “Component”. The system retrieves all the standard procedures that are applicable for the entity specified here. Leave this field blank if you wish to retrieve details of standard procedures irrespective of their applicability. The system displays blank by default.

Part #

The component on which the standard procedure must be performed (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the standard procedure numbers associated with the part number entered here.

Operations Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the operation type of the maintenance activity. The system lists the following options:

  • “Flight Ops” – Select this option if the maintenance activity is to be performed during the flight operations.

  • “Repair Station” – Select this option if the maintenance activity is to be performed at the repair station.

The system displays “Repair Station” by default.

ATA #

The ATA chapter to which the standard procedure is associated (Alphanumeric, 16). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the standard procedures whose ATA chapters are similar to the description entered here.

Std. Procedure Description

The description of the standard procedure to be retrieved. You can specify it in full or partially using the “*” character (Alphanumeric, 150). The system retrieves all the standard procedures whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here.

Work Center #

The number identifying the work center primarily responsible for executing the work unit  (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all the standard procedures associated to the work center entered here.

The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered.

Std. Procedure #

The number identifying the standard procedure.

Std. Procedure Description

The textual description of the standard procedure.

Status

The status of the standard procedure, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”.

Operations Type

The operation type of the maintenance activity.

ATA #

The ATA chapter number to which the standard procedure is associated

Work Center #

The number identifying the work center.

Base Aircraft Model #

The base aircraft model identified for the standard procedure

SP Applicability

Indicates whether the standard procedure is applicable for “Aircraft”, “Engine” or “Component”.

Org. Unit #

The organizational unit number in which the standard procedure is defined.

Org. Unit Name

The description of the organizational unit in which the standard procedure is defined.
