Help on open access panel task

This page allow you to retrieve the details of the access panel task of type open that is already defined. You can carry out the search using the access panel task number and its description. Details such as access panel task, its description, its type, organizational unit name and description in which the open access panel task is created are displayed.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Open Access Panel Task #” field in the main screen.

The “Open Access Panel Task Help” page appears.

Enter the following filter criteria in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for an open access panel task. Data entry in the following fields is optional:

Access Panel Task #	The access panel task number for which the details are to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the access panel task number in full or specify the number partially. The system lists all the access panel task numbers that are similar to the values entered here.
AP Task Description	The description of the access panel task to be viewed (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify the description partially. The system lists all the access panel tasks whose descriptions are similar to the description entered here.
Aircraft Model #	The aircraft model number to which the open access panel task is associated (Alphanumeric, 30). The system lists all the access panel tasks with the aircraft model number entered here.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to display the search details:

The system fills in the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the filter criteria entered.

Access Panel Task #	The selected access panel task number.
AP Task Description	The textual description of the access panel task.
AP Task Type	The type of the access panel task, which could be “Open”.
Org. Unit Name	The description of the organizational unit in which the access panel task of type “Open” is defined.
Org. Unit #	The organizational unit number in which the access panel task is defined.
Base Aircraft Model #	The base aircraft model identified for the access panel task

Click the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the open access panel task to be associated with the access panel.
Click “OK” pushbutton to transfer the open access panel number.
