Ensure that you do not leave it blank for any of the dependent systems occurring in between. For any random entry of sequence numbers, the system assigns continuous sequence numbers starting from "1". | |

Recording dependent system condition information – An overview
You can enter a unique number for the DSC and provide a description for it. You can list the different dependent systems and their desired condition. You can assign a sequence number to each of the dependent systems and their desired condition to be checked for, before carrying out a maintenance task. If you wish to insert dependent systems in the DSC that is already defined, the system allows you to regenerate the sequence number in multiples of five and assign an appropriate sequence number to the newly added dependent system.
The system also allows you to copy the details from a dependent system condition number that is already defined. You can also provide references to documents or drawings that depict the state of the dependent system. The system assigns the “Active” status as soon as the DSC number is created and sets the creation date and time to the server date and time.
