Viewing part information for the task

This page allow you to view the details of the parts that are required for executing the task, in this page. Details such as the task number, description, part number, part description, part type, unit of measurement and quantity can be viewed.

Select the “View Part Requirements” link at the bottom of the “View Task Information” page.

The “View Part Requirements” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Task Details” group box:

Task Applicability	Indicates whether the task is applicable for “Aircraft”, “Engine” or “Component”.
Base Aircraft Model #	The number identifying the base aircraft model on which the task can be performed
Task #	The task selected for viewing.
Revision #	The revision number of the task for which the part details are displayed.
Task Description	The textual description of the task.
Update based on Actuals	Indicates, whether the part details will be updated with the actual details of part consumed during execution of the task. The values in this field could be “Yes” or “No”.

The system displays the following in the “Part Details” multiline:

Part #

The part required for executing the task.

The system displays the “Mfr. Part #” and “Mfr. #” fields, and hides the “Part #” field above, if the parameter “Enable Manufacturer Part # control in transaction” for the Category ‘Manufacturer Part #’ is set as “Yes” in the “Set Inventory Process Parameters” activity of the “Logistics Common Master” business component.

Mfr. Part #	The number assigned to the part, by the manufacturer of the part.
Mfr. #	The code identifying the manufacturer of the part.
Customer #	The customer # of the part.
Part Description	The description of the part.
Part Type	The type of the part.
UOM	The unit of measurement for the part.
Est. Quantity	The quantity of part required to complete the task.
Need Frequency	Indicates either one of the following options: “Always” indicates the part is always required for executing the task “As Required” indicates the part will be required based on the necessity while executing a task
Probability	Indicates the probability of requirement of the part. The displays the values based on the option available in the “Need Frequency” field.
Remarks	Any remarks pertaining to the part requirements.
