Edit task quick codes – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to modify the details of the quick codes that are already defined. The quick code to be modified can be searched for, by providing the search criteria in the “Select Quick Codes” page. The results are displayed in the multiline from which you can select the quick code for modification. The selected quick code can be modified in the “Edit Quick Codes” page.

Activate or Inactivate the quick code

Activate or Inactivate the quick code

You can inactivate an quick code that is in the “Active” status, so that it is disabled from future reference in other activities.

• Go to “Edit Quick Code” page.

• Set the “Status” field to “Inactive”.

The system updates the status of the quick code to “Inactive”.
