Status of General/Maintenance stock transfer issues

• If the parameter “Confirmation of General Issue generated during Receipt pegging to an Open MR”/”Confirmation of Maintenance Issue generated during Receipt pegging to an Open MR” under the category “Process Automation” in the Set Warehouse Process Parameters activity of the Storage Administration is ‘1’, the status of General/Maintenance stock issues automatically generated to cover the open General / Maintenance MRs will be ‘Confirmed’. However, if the parameter “Confirmation of General Issue generated during Receipt pegging to an Open MR”/”Confirmation of Maintenance Issue generated during Receipt pegging to an Open MR” is ‘0’, the status of the stock issue becomes ‘Fresh’.

• The system automatically generates  the MMD reports  for ‘Confirmed’ General/Maintenance issues,  if the parameter “Print MMD for General Issue generated in Confirmed status during Receipt pegging to and open MR”/ “Print MMD for Maintenance Issue generated in Confirmed status during Receipt pegging to and open MR” under the category “Stock Management Report” in the Set Inventory Process Parameters is ‘1’.
