Viewing reference document details for unplanned receipts

This page allows you to view the reference information for the unplanned receipts document. You can view the document type, the reference document number and the file name of the reference document.

Select the “View References” link at the bottom of the “View Unplanned Receipts” page.

The “View References” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “Receipt Details” group box:

Receipt #	The number identifying the unplanned receipt document for which you wish to view the reference details
Warehouse #	The warehouse number of the unplanned receipt for which the reference details have to be specified

The system displays the following fields in the “Reference Document Details” multiline:

Reference Doc Type	The type to which the reference document belongs
Document ID	The name of the referenced document containing details of the unplanned receipts
File Name	The file name used for reference
Remarks	Comments pertaining to the reference document.
