Viewing shipping details for transfer receipt

This page allows you to view the shipping details of the stock transfer receipt. Tell me more.

Select the “View Shipping Details” link at the bottom of the “View Stock Transfer Receipt” page.

The “View Shipping Details” page appears

The system displays the following:

Date & Time Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Stock Transfer Receipt Information” group box:

Transfer Receipt #	The number identifying the transfer receipt
Status	The status of the transfer receipt, which could be “Draft”
Receipt Date	The date on which transfer receipt was raised
Receiving Point	The place or the location where the stock must be received
Issue #	The number identifying the issue of the stock

The system displays the following in the “Shipping Information” group box:

Ship By	The shipping method, which could be air, road or train.
Packaging Code	The code identifying the packaging method of the part
Vehicle / Flight #	The number identifying the vehicle or flight, which is going to transport the stock to the specific warehouse.
Carrier	The code identifying the carrier by which the stock must be shipped
Freight Bill #	The bill number associated with the freight charges.
Freight Amount	The stockable freight charges that has been levied for this stock transfer receipt
Freight Term	The term of the freight.
Bill of Lading #	The number identifying a carrier's contract and receipt of goods.
Insurance Liability	The person who bears the insurance amount.
Insurance Amount	The sum of the insurance amount.
Way Bill #	The number identifying the document, containing a list of goods with shipping instructions related to a shipment.
Shipping Payment Method	The mode in which the payment must be made.
Ship Date	The date on which the stock was shipped.
Ship Time	The time at which the stock was shipped.

The system displays the following in the “Other Details” group box:

User-defined Detail – 1	Additional details pertaining to the viewing of the stock transfer receipt
User-defined Detail – 2	Additional details pertaining to the viewing of the stock transfer receipt.
Remarks	Comments pertaining to the viewing of the stock transfer receipt.

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Last Modified By	The name of the user who last modified the transfer receipt.
Last Modified date	The date on which the transfer receipt was last modified.

Viewing shipping details for transfer receipt – An overview

This page allows you to view the shipping details of the stock transfer receipt. During the movement of stock from one location to another, the stock is shipped. You can view the shipping details such as the shipping method, the packaging method and the payment terms. You can also view the insurance details like insurance amount and the person who has to bear the insurance amount, for the parts shipped. You can view the freight details like the freight amount, freight term and freight bill for the stock shipped.
