This page allows you to ensure that the part has been delivered with the correct quality characteristics. Tell me more.

The “Maintain Attribute Values” page appears.

The system displays the following:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the “User Preferences” business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the “Enterprise Modeling” business component by default.

The system displays the following in the “Receipt Details” group box:

Receipt #

The number identifying the unplanned receipt.

Status

The status of the receipt, which could be “Draft”.

Part #

The number identifying the part.

Part Description

The textual description of the part.

Warehouse #

The number identifying the warehouse in which the parts received are to be stored.

Description

The textual description of the warehouse.

WH – Zone #

The number identifying the zone of the warehouse in which the received part is to be stored.

 Bin #

The number identifying the bin of the zone in which the received part is to be stored.

Line #

Use the drop down list box to select the line number of the receipt for which the attribute details must be entered. If multiple rows have been selected in the “Serial & Lot Details” page, The system displays the number as per the sequence defined in the multiline. The system retrieves the attributes, which are mapped for the selected part –and part serial number.

The system displays the following:

Manufacturer Lot #

The number identifying the lot number issued by the manufacturer.

Manufacturer Serial #

The number identifying the serial number issued by the manufacturer.

Condition

The condition of the part.

The system displays the following in the “Attribute Details” multiline from the “Part Administration” business component:

Attribute Code

The code identifying the attribute.

Attribute Description

The textual description of the attribute.

Attribute Type

The type of the attribute, which could be “Qualitative” or “Quantitative”.

UOM

The unit of measurement of the part if the attribute type of the part is “Quantitative”.

Quantitative Value

The standard value of the quantity attribute. It is mandatory to enter a value in this filed, if the “Attribute Type” is set as “Quantitative”.

Qualitative Value

The standard value of the quality attribute. It is mandatory to enter a value in this filed, if the “Attribute Type” is set as “Qualitative”.

Remarks

Additional comments pertaining to attribute details (Alphanumeric, 255).

The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Created By

The name of the user, who created the unplanned receipt.

Created Date

The date on which the unplanned receipt was created.

Last Modified By

The name of the user who last modified the unplanned receipt.

Last Modified Date

Create Unplanned Receipts – A summary of the activity

This page allows you to ensure that the part has been delivered with the correct quality characteristics. The parts can be accepted only when they possess the certification on the quality and its attribute.

On specifying the line number, the system displays the part description and condition of the part. The system stores the login user ID and the server date along with the modification details.
