Uploading reliability data for generating reports

Select the “Upload Reliability Data” link under the “Reliability Analysis” business component.

The “Upload Reliability Data” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Upload Data” group box to load data from various components for reporting:

Year	Use the drop-down list box to select the year of the data, Mandatory. The list displays all the years with at least one month of unpublished reports, beginning from the year specified as the Initial Start Date for Reliability Analysis in the Set Options activity.
Month	Use the drop-down list box to select the month of the data, Mandatory. The list displays all the months of the selected year for which reports are not published yet. For example, if the year selected in the previous field is 2007 and reliability reports have been published for the months January to April, the list will display months beginning from May to December.

Select the "Upload” pushbutton.

On upload, the system performs the following tasks,

Sets the Status of the upload process to “Initiated”.
Retrieves data from components relevant to reliability reports.
Resets the Status of the upload process to “Completed”, after the conclusion of the Upload task.

The “Upload Details” multiline displays the following.

Year	The year in which the data was recorded/created.
Month	The month in which the data was recorded/created.
Fleet Count	The number of reliability fleets existing in the organization unit.
Status	The status of the upload, which could be Initiated or Completed. The status “Initiated” indicates that upload is in progress and “Completed” indicates the upload has concluded.
Processed by	The employee code of the person who set off the upload process.
Initiated Date/Time	The start date and time of the upload process.
Completed Date/Time	The end date and time of the upload process.
