The “Maintenance Program Details Report” page appears.

Maintenance Object

Use the first drop-down list box to select the maintenance object for which you want to generate the report. The drop-down list box displays the following:  Aircraft Model #, Aircraft Reg #, Part #, Component #, Part # / Serial #, Att. Aircraft Model # and Att. Aircraft Reg #. 

From the drop-down list box, select:

For the report to retrieve:

Aircraft Model #  and enter model # in the adjacent input box

The maintenance programs of the specific aircraft model

Aircraft Reg # and enter aircraft registration # in the adjacent input box

The maintenance programs of the specific aircraft

Part # and enter part # in the adjacent input box

The maintenance programs of the specific part

Component # and enter component # in the adjacent input box

The maintenance programs of the specific component

Part # - Serial # enter part # and serial # in the adjacent input boxes

The maintenance programs of the specific serial # of the part

Att. Aircraft Model # enter the aircraft model # in the adjacent input box

The maintenance programs of all the parts in the aircraft model configuration

Att. Aircraft Reg # enter the aircraft registration # in the adjacent input box

The maintenance programs of all components attached to the aircraft

Program Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the maintenance programs for which you wish to generate the report. The drop-down list box displays Latest and Active. 

§  Select Fresh to retrieve maintenance programs in the Fresh status

§  Select Active to retrieve maintenance programs in the Active status.

Schedule Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the schedule status of those tasks that you wish to include in the report. The drop-down list box displays the following: Active, Fresh, Active & Fresh, Inactive and Terminated.

Task Attributes

Use the drop-down list box to select the attribute of the task based on which you want to retrieve tasks in the report.

From the drop-down list box, select:

For the report to retrieve:

Task # and then enter task # in the adjacent input box

The task with the specific #  from maintenance programs 

Task Description and then enter task description in the adjacent input box

The task with the description from maintenance programs 

Task Type and then select the type from the adjacent drop-down list box

The tasks of the selected type from maintenance programs

Task Category and then select the category from the adjacent drop-down list box

The tasks of the selected category from maintenance programs

Include Part Requirements

Select the check box to include part requirements of tasks in the report.
