Maintenance Program Details Report – A summary of the activity
This activity enables users to generate the Maintenance Program Details report for a specific maintenance object. Including aircraft model, aircraft reg. #, part #, part # -serial # or component #. Additionally, you can also retrieve details of maintenance programs of all parts in the aircraft model configuration or all the components attached to the aircraft.
The report shows details of tasks from maintenance programs based on the criteria specified by you, the user. The search criteria include the maintenance object #, program status, schedule status of tasks to be retrieved in the report. You can also choose the task attribute (task #, task description, task type or task category) based on which you wish to retrieve tasks in the report.
This report would provide a hands-on guide to mechanics for maintenance of aircraft / component.

Generating Maintenance Program Details Report
Ø Select the “Maintenance Program Details Report” link under the “Aircraft Maintenance Program” business component.
The “Maintenance Program Details Report” page appears.
Ø Select the following to generate the report
Maintenance Object |
Use the first drop-down list box to select the maintenance object for which you want to generate the report. The drop-down list box displays the following: Aircraft Model #, Aircraft Reg #, Part #, Component #, Part # / Serial #, Att. Aircraft Model # and Att. Aircraft Reg #.

Program Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the maintenance programs for which you wish to generate the report. The drop-down list box displays Latest and Active. § Select Fresh to retrieve maintenance programs in the Fresh status § Select Active to retrieve maintenance programs in the Active status. |

Schedule Status |
Use the drop-down list box to select the schedule status of those tasks that you wish to include in the report. The drop-down list box displays the following: Active, Fresh, Active & Fresh, Inactive and Terminated. |

Task Attributes |
Use the drop-down list box to select the attribute of the task based on which you want to retrieve tasks in the report.

Select the check box to include part requirements of tasks in the report. |
