Viewing aircraft maintenance program quick codes

Select the “View Quick Codes” link under the “Aircraft Maintenance Program” business component.

The “Quick Code Information” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

Enter the following field:

Quick Code Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the quick code to be viewed. The system provides the options “Package Category”, “Program Category” and "MPD Group". The system displays “Package Category” by default.

Select the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the quick codes that are defined for the selected quick code type.

The system displays the following fields in the “Quick Code Details” multiline, based on the quick code type selected:

Quick Code	The quick code belonging to the selected quick code type.
Description	The textual description of the quick code.
Status	The status of the quick code, which could be “Active” or “Inactive”.
Created By	The login ID of the user who created the quick code.
Created Date	The date on which the quick code was created.
Last Modified By	The login ID of the user who last modified the quick code.
Last Modified Date	The date on which the quick code was last modified.
