This page enables you to view the details of completion of the maintenance program for a specific aircraft. Tell me more

The “View Program Compliance History” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date fields are displayed and to be entered, in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “Maintenance Program Details” group box:

Maintenance Program #

The maintenance program for which the compliance history is retrieved.

Revision #

The revision number of the program.

Program Desc

The description of the maintenance program.

 

Zoom facility available.

Status

The status of the maintenance program.

Primary Model #

The primary model of the aircraft.

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft for which the compliance history must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the registration number in full or specify it partially using the “*’ character. The system retrieves the compliance history for aircraft with similar registration numbers and associated to the maintenance program.

Sch #

The schedule ID of the work unit for which the completion details must be retrieved (Numeric).

Work Unit #

The work unit for which the details of completion must be retrieved (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the registration number in full or specify it partially using the “*’ character. The system retrieves the compliance details for work units with similar numbers.

Work Unit type

Use the drop-down list box to specify the work unit type for which the compliance details must be retrieved. The system provides the options “Task", “Standard Procedure", "Aircraft Work Package" and "Component Work Package". The system leaves the field blank by default.

Sch. Date: From

The date starting from which the scheduled details of the work unit must be retrieved (Date Format).

Sch. Date: To

The date till which the scheduled details of the work unit must be retrieved (Date Format).

The system retrieves the following compliance details of the aircraft in the “Compliance Details” multiline:

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft for which the compliance details are retrieved.

 Cycle #

The number of the PM cycle for which the details are retrieved.

Sch #

 

The schedule ID of the work unit.

Work Unit #

 

The work unit number for which the compliance details are retrieved.

Work Unit Type

 

The type of the work unit, which can be “Task", “Standard Procedure", "Aircraft Work Package" or "Component Work Package".

Schedule Date

The scheduled start date of the work unit.

Schedule Value

The parameter value at which the work unit is scheduled to start.

Actual Compliance Date

The actual date on which the work unit is completed.

Job Type

 

Indicates whether the work unit has been performed on the aircraft or on the components attached to the aircraft. The system displays either “Aircraft” or “Onwing”.

Position Code

The position code in the aircraft where the work unit is performed.

Component #

If the work unit is performed on a component, then the component number is displayed.

Deferral Count

The number of times the execution of the work unit is deferred.

Executed At

The organizational unit in which the work unit was executed.

Execution Doc. #

The number of the execution document.

Document Type

The type of the document with reference to which the work unit is executed. The system displays either “Hangar Work Order” or “Tech Log”.

Execution Type

The type of execution of the work unit. The system displays one of the following:

  • Preclusion – When the work unit is specified as a preclusion work unit so as to exclude from being executed as a part of the program.

  • Direct – When the work unit is not specified as a preclusion work unit.

Deferral Type

The type of deferment, which can be “Indefinite Deferral”, “Time Based”, “Usage Based” or “Time and Usage Based”.

Comments

Any additional information recorded during the execution of the work unit.

Forecast #

The forecast number based on which the execution of the work unit is forecasted.

Viewing the compliance history of the maintenance program – An overview

You can carry out a search for the aircraft based on the aircraft registration number, the work unit for which the compliance details must be viewed, schedule ID of the work unit and the period for which you wish to view the compliance details. Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the details of compliance such as the scheduled dates and values of the work unit, the actual completion date of the work unit, the number of times the work unit was deferred, the organizational unit in which the work unit was executed and the reference document based on which it was executed.
