Selecting an aircraft for associating programs

This page enables you to associate maintenance programs to an aircraft. Tell me more.

Select the “Associate Programs to Aircraft” link under the “Aircraft Maintenance Program” business component.

The “Select Aircraft” page appears.

Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box if you know the aircraft to which programs must be associated:

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft to which programs must be associated (Alphanumeric, 30).

Alternately, you can enter Nose # in the field. The smart search retrieves aircraft with the nose # similar to that specified in the field.

Select the “Associate Maintenance Programs” link provided alongside to associate maintenance programs to the aircraft.

To search for an aircraft

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Aircraft Reg #	The registration number of the aircraft to which programs must be associated (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the registration number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all aircraft with similar registration numbers.
Aircraft Model #	The aircraft model to which the aircraft belongs (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the model number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all aircraft that belong to similar aircraft models.
Model Description	The description of the model (Alphanumeric, 150).
Model Type	The model type (Alphanumeric,20).
Sub Fleet #	The sub fleet to which the aircraft belongs (Alphanumeric, 20).
Customer #	The customer number of the aircraft, if the aircraft is owned by a customer (Alphanumeric, 18).

Click the ‘Search” pushbutton.

The system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Aircraft Reg #	The registration number of the aircraft.
Aircraft Model #	The aircraft model to which the aircraft belongs.
Model Description	The description of the model.
Model Type	The type of the model.
Sub Fleet #	The sub fleet to which the aircraft belongs.
Customer #	The customer number of the aircraft.

Click the hyperlinked aircraft in the multiline to associate programs.

Selecting an aircraft for associating programs – An overview

This page enables you to select an aircraft for associating programs to it. You can directly enter an aircraft registration number. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the aircraft registration number, the model to which the aircraft belongs, the model description, the model type, the sub fleet to which the aircraft belongs and the customer number of the aircraft. Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the aircraft in the multiline.
