Using Online Help

You can view the schedules defined for a specific aircraft maintenance program.

The “View Aircraft Schedule Summary Information” page appears.

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date and time fields are displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user ID. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date and time format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following details in the “Aircraft Details” group box:

Aircraft Reg #

The registration number of the aircraft that is associated to the program.

Aircraft Model #

The aircraft model to which the aircraft belongs.

Sub Fleet #

The sub fleet number to which the aircraft is a part of.

The system displays the following fields in the “Maintenance Program Information” group box:

Maintenance Program #

The maintenance program to which the aircraft is associated..

Revision #

The revision number of the maintenance program. The system retrieves the latest revision that is in the “Active” or “Fresh” status.

Program Desc

The description of the maintenance program.

Status

The status of the maintenance program, which can be “Fresh”, “Active”, “Inactive” or “Return”.

The system displays the following fields in the “Schedule Details” multiline:

Sch #

The schedule ID of the work unit.

Work Unit #

The work unit to be executed as a part of the program.

Work Unit Type

The type of the work unit.

Schedule Type

The type of the schedule, which can be “One Time” or “Recurring”.

This field appears blank, if the work unit has both dependent and independent schedules with different schedule types.

Execution Type

The execution type of the work unit, which can be “Major” or “Minor”.

Execution Status

The execution status of the work unit.

Job type

Indicates whether the work unit must be performed on the aircraft or on the components fitted to the aircraft. The system displays either “Aircraft” or “Onwing”.

Position Code

The position code in the aircraft where the work unit must be performed

Level Code

The number identifying the level at which the position code occurs in the configuration hierarchy of the primary model

Schedule Status

The status of the work unit which can be “Fresh”, “Active”, “Inactive” or “Terminated".

Schedule Indicator

Indicates the type of schedule information defined for the work unit in the maintenance program. The system displays one of the following:

  • Dt – If only threshold value is specified for the date-based schedules of the work unit

  • Dt-Fxd – If fixed interval is specified for the date-based schedules

  • Dt-Flt – If floating interval value is specified for the date-based schedules

  • Dt-Fxd-Flt – If both fixed and floating interval values are specified for the date-based schedules

  • Usg – If only threshold value is specified for the usage-based schedules of the work unit

  • Usg-Fxd – If fixed interval is specified for the usage-based schedules

  • Usg -Flt – If floating interval value is specified for the usage-based schedules

  • Usg -Fxd-Flt – If both fixed and floating interval values are specified for the usage-based schedules

Dep Sch Indicator

Indicates the type of dependent schedule information defined for the dependent work units of the work unit. The system displays one of the following:

  • Dt – If interval value is specified for the dependent work units

  • Usg – If usage-based schedules are specified for the dependent work units

  • Dt / Usg – If both date-based schedules and usage-based schedules are specified for the dependent work units

Last Performed Date

The date and time at which the work unit was last performed.

Next Scheduled Date

The next scheduled date and time of the work unit.

Usg Sch Due

Indicates whether usage-based schedules are defined for the dependent work units.

Work Unit Desc

The description of the work unit.
