This page enables you to associate aircraft to a maintenance program. Tell me more.

Select the “Associate Aircraft to Program” link under the “Aircraft Maintenance Program” business component.

The “Select Maintenance Program” page appears.

Enter the following field in the “Direct Entry” group box if you know the program to which aircraft must be associated:

Maintenance Program #

The maintenance program to which aircraft must be associated (Alphanumeric, 30).

Select the “Associate Aircraft to Maintenance Program” link provided alongside to associate aircraft to the maintenance program,

To search for a maintenance program

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box:

Maintenance Program #	The maintenance program to which aircraft must be associated (Alphanumeric, 30). You can enter the maintenance program number in full or specify it partially using the "*" character. The system retrieves all maintenance programs with similar numbers.
Program Category	Use the drop-down list box to retrieve programs belonging to a specific category. The system lists all quick codes defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of type “Program Category”.
Program Desc	The description of the program (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all programs with similar description.

Click the ‘Search” pushbutton.

The system retrieves the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Maintenance Program #	The maintenance program retrieved by the system.
Revision #	The revision number of the maintenance program.
Status	The status of the maintenance program, which can be “Fresh” or “Active”.
Program Category	The category to which the program belongs.
Program Desc	The description of the maintenance program.

Selecting an aircraft maintenance program for associating aircraft – An overview

This page enables you to select an aircraft maintenance program for associating aircraft to it. You can directly enter a maintenance program number, if you know the exact number. Otherwise, you can carry out a search based on the maintenance program number, program description and the program category. Based on the search criteria entered, the system retrieves the maintenance programs that are in the “Fresh” or “Active” status. If more than one revision exist for the program, the system retrieves the maintenance program with the latest revision in the “Fresh” status.
