Viewing the parts provided by operator to perform tasks in MCR

This page allows you to view the part details with respect to the tasks displayed in the “View Task Information” page . Tell me more

Select the “View Parts Provided by Operator” link at the bottom of the “View Task Information” page.

The “View Parts Provided by Operator” page appears.

The system displays the following fields in the “MCR Details” group box:

MCR #	The number identifying the MCR for which the details of the parts provided by the operator are displayed.
Revision #	The revision number of the MCR.
Subject	The textual description of the MCR.
Source Doc Type	The type of the source document to which the MCR belongs.
Applicability Group #	The applicability group number that is applicable to the MCR.
Part Identifier	The identifier of the part as defined in the “Create Maintenance Change Request” activity, which could be one of the following:
	Internal – Indicates that the MCR must be executed on the part that is available with the operator and is defined in the "Part Administration" component.
	Supplier – Indicates that the MCR must be executed on the part supplied by the supplier. This part can be new or already defined as an alternate part in the "Part Administration" business component.

Enter the following field in the “Task Details” group box to select the row number of the task for which the details of the parts supplied by the operator must be viewed:

Use the drop-down list box to select the row number of the tasks displayed in the “View Task Information” page, for which the sub task details must be viewed. The system lists all the row numbers of the tasks defined for the applicability group

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton.

The system displays the following fields:

Task #	The task displayed in the selected row, in the previous page.
Revision #	The revision number of the task.
Task Description	The textual description of the task.

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve details of the parts supplied by the operator for the selected task.

Part #	The number identifying the part provided by the operator.
Part Description	The textual description of the part.
UOM	The unit of measurement for the part.
Est Nos	The total number of parts estimated for carrying out the task.

The task requirement details or the details of the parts provided by the operator to carry out the task can be viewed in this page. You can view the part details with respect to the tasks displayed in the “View Task Information” page. The part number, its description, the unit of measurement for the part and the resource group that would execute the task are listed in the multiline.
