Viewing kit information for MCR - An overview

View MCR - A summary of the activity

The details of the kits required for executing the MCR can be viewed in this page.

The configuration changes recommended by the MCR in the aircraft or component are one-time processes and they require new tools and equipment to carry out the modifications. The supplier or the OEM provides the necessary equipment information for executing the modification, in the form of a “Modification Kit”. The modification kit is a “Bill of Material” that lists all the components and spare parts together with the quantity that is required for complying with the modification.

The kit requirement details can be viewed for a specific group of aircraft, component or engine for which the MCR is applicable. Details such as the kit part number, its description, unit of measurement for the kit part, quantity, currency, unit price, supplier name, time required for purchasing the kit and the time unit are displayed in the multiline.
