This page allows you to define the terminated MCR details for the current MCR .  Tell me more

The system displays the following field:

Date Format

The format in which the date field is displayed in this page. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default.

The system displays the following fields in the “MCR Details” group box:

MCR #

The number identifying the MCR for which you wish to define the terminated MCR details.

Revision #

The revision number of the MCR, if any.

Subject

The textual description of the MCR.

Source Doc Type

The type of the source document to which the MCR belongs.

The system displays the multiline fields if you have already defined the terminated MCR details.

MCR #

The number identifying the MCR that is terminated by the current MCR (Alphanumeric, 18). Mandatory. Once entered, this field cannot be modified.

Revision #

The revision number of the terminated MCR, if any (Integer). Ensure that the number entered in this field is positive.

Note: Ensure that the MCR number and revision number combination is unique in the multiline.

The system displays the following fields in the multiline:

Subject

The textual description of the MCR that is terminated by the current MCR.

MCR Issue Date

The date on which the terminated MCR was issued.

Remarks

Recording terminated MCR details - An Overview

Edit MCR - A summary of the activity

A new change document or MCR released might override a set of or a single MCR that was released earlier. The current MCR supersedes the earlier MCRs and the superseded MCRs are termed as the terminated MCRs. This page allows you to define the terminated MCR details for the current MCR.
