Mandatory conditions for RMA#

• The RMA # is mandatory for a part in an Issue Based shipping note, if the process parameter “RMA # for Issue Based Shipping Note” under the category Shipping Note in the Set Inventory Process Parameters” activity of Logistics Common Master is ‘1’.

• The RMA # is mandatory for a part in a Receipt Based shipping note, if the process parameter “RMA # for Receipt Based Shipping Note” under the category Shipping Note in the Set Inventory Process Parameters” activity of Logistics Common Master is ‘1’.

• The RMA # is mandatory for a part in a Direct shipping note, if the process parameter “RMA # for Direct Shipping Note” under the category Shipping Note in the Set Inventory Process Parameters” activity of Logistics Common Master is ‘1’.
