Viewing the tax, charge details for the issue

This page allows you to view the tax and charges for the issue. Tell me more.
Select the “View Tax / Charge Details” link at the bottom of the “View Shipping Details” page.
The “View Tax / Charge Details” page appears.
The system displays the following in the “Issue Information” group box:

Issue # |
The number identifying issue. |
|
Status |
The status of the issue document |
|
TCD Value |
The TCD total amount of the issue. |
|
Base Currency |
The currency of the issue. |
Enter the following in the “Issue Information” group box:

TCD Basis |
Use the drop-down list box to view the taxes and charges applied on details. The system lists “By Line” and “By Document”. |

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton, to retrieve the TCD details.
The system displays the following “Tax Charge Information” multiline:

TCD # |
The code that identifies the tax, charge for the part issued |
|
TC D Variant # |
The standard tax, charge value which can vary. |
|
TCD Type |
The TCD type, which could be, tax or charge |
|
TCD Basis |
The basis of the TCD which could be percentage, unit rate or flat rate. |
|
TCD Rate |
The TCD rate. |
|
TCD Amount |
The TCD amount. This is calculated by the system from the ”Taxes Charges and Discount” business component. |

Part # |
The part number issued. |
|
Part Description |
The textual description of the issued part. |
|
User Status |
The user status of the issue document. |
|
Total Issue Quantity |
The total number of parts issued. |
|
Transaction UOM |
The unit of measurement for the part used in transaction. |
The system displays the following in the “Record Statistics” group box:

Last Modified By |
The name of the user who last modified the transfer receipt. |

Last Modified Date |
The date on which the transfer receipt was last modified. |

This page allows you to view the tax and charges for the issue. The system displays the details such as issue number and the currency of the issue. You can also view the code of the TCD, its variant and rate. The system displays the TCD amount from the “Taxes Charges and Discounts” business component
