This page allows you to search for an unplanned issue.
You can carry out the search using the part number, the description of part, the warehouse number and the unplanned issue number. The system retrieves all the issued part numbers and unplanned issue numbers, which are in the “Active” status, based on the search criteria entered. On confirmation, the selected part number issued is transferred to the required page.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Issue Part #” field.
The “Help On Unplanned Issue” page appears.
Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a part number:
Part # |
The number identifying the issued part you wish to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system displays all the part numbers that are similar to the value entered here. |
Part Description |
The description of the issued part you wish to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system displays all the part numbers that have part description similar to the value entered here. |
Warehouse # |
Use the drop down list box to select the code identifying the warehouse. |
Issue # |
The number identifying the unplanned issue document. (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the issue number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all unplanned issue numbers that are similar to the value entered here. |
Note: Leave all the fields blank, to retrieve all the part numbers available in the database.
Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.
The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the search criteria entered.
Issue # |
The number identifying the issue document. |

The number identifying the issued part. |
Part Description |
The description of the issued part. |
Warehouse # |
The number identifying the warehouse. |
Warehouse Description |
The description of the warehouse. |
Issue UOM |
The unit of measurement in which the part is issued. |
Issue Quantity |
The quantity of the part to be issued for the serial number or lot number displayed. |
Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select an issued part number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
