Help on Issue # wise Parts Issued for a Reference Document #

This page allows you to search for an issue number wise parts issued for a reference document.

You can carry out the search using the issued part number, the description of part, the warehouse number, the issue number, the zone and bin number associated to the issued part. Based on the search criteria entered the system retrieves all the issued part numbers and issue numbers, for which the issue document is in “Confirmed” status. On confirmation, the selected part number issued is transferred to the required page.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Issue Part #” field.

The “Help on Issue # wise Parts Issued for a Reference Document #” page appears.

Enter the following fields in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a part number:

Part #	The number identifying the issued part you wish to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 40). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system displays all the part numbers that are similar to the value entered here.
Part Description	The description of the issued part you wish to retrieve (Alphanumeric, 150). You can enter the description in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system displays all the part numbers that have part description similar to the value entered here.
Warehouse #	Use the drop down list box to select the code identifying the warehouse.
Issue #	The number identifying the issue document. (Alphanumeric, 18). You can enter the issue number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves all issue numbers that are similar to the value entered here.
Bin #	A unique number identifying the bin in the zone (Alphanumeric, 10). Mandatory.
WH – Zone #	A unique number identifying the zone in the warehouse (Alphanumeric, 10). Mandatory

Note: Leave all the fields blank, to retrieve all the part numbers, irrespective of the search criteria.

Click the “Search” pushbutton to retrieve the search results.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the search criteria entered.

Issue #	The number identifying the issue document.
Task #	The number identifying the task.
Issue Part #	The number identifying the issued part.
Part Description	The description of the issued part.
Lot #	The number identifying the lot number of the issued part.
Serial #	The number identifying the serial number of the issued part.
Warehouse #	The number identifying the warehouse.
Issue Quantity	The quantity of the part issued .
Issue UOM	The unit of measurement in which the part is issued.
Part Type	The type of the part. It could be “Raw Material”, “Component”, “ expendable”, “Tool”, and “Consumable”, “Kit” and "Miscellaneous".
Issue Basis	The issue basis of the part, that is, whether is returnable , non returnable or core returnable.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a issued part number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
