Help on Parts Issued for a Reference Document #

This page allows you to search for parts issued for a reference document.

The system displays the issued part numbers, which are in the “Active” status, lot and serial number, description of the part, issue quantity and the unit of measurement of the issued part. On confirmation, the selected part number issued is transferred to the required page.

Click the lens icon positioned next to the “Issue Part #” field.

The “Help on Parts Issued for a Reference Document #” page appears.

The system displays the following in the “Search Results” multiline, based on the search criteria entered.

Issue Part #	The number identifying the issued part.
Part Description	The description of the issued part.
Lot #	The number identifying the lot number of the issued part.
Serial #	The number identifying the serial number of the issued part.
Issue Quantity	The quantity of the part to be issued for the serial number or lot number displayed.
Issue UOM	The unit of measurement in which the part is issued.

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select a issued part number.
Click the “OK” pushbutton.
