Stock Issue - An Overview

This page allows you to confirm the issue documents that are created in the Create Maintenance Issue, General Issue, Repair Order Issue, Loan Issue, Rental Issue, PBH Exchange Issue, Exchange Issue, Subcontract Issue and Stock Transfer Issue activities . Only issue documents in the “Fresh” status can be confirmed in this page. You are also provided with the option of canceling the documents that are already created.

Search for the issue documents

You can search for the issue documents by specifying the issue number, user status, type, category of the issue, the requesting OU, reference document number, its type, warehouse code, the range of dates on which the issue document is created and the part number that is issued. The system displays the issue number, warehouse description, type and category of the issue, user status, date on which the issue is created, the reference document type, reference document number, requesting location, and the shipping information in the multiline.

Confirm or Cancel the issue documents

You can select the issue documents for confirmation or cancellation. You can also process all the documents listed in the multiline. Remarks pertaining to the confirmation or cancellation can also be entered.

The system confirms or cancels the issue documents and updates the stock levels for the part in the “Stock Maintenance” business component.
