Facility Object #

The number that identifies the facility object. You can enter the part number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

The system retrieves the facility object you specify here.

Facility Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the facility for the facility object. The system lists one of the following values: Tool, Equipment or Other, depending on the rights of the login user. If the login user has rights to Tool type of facility object, “Tool” is displayed; “Equipment” is displayed, if the user has rights to Equipment type of facility object and “Other” is displayed, if the login user has rights to Other type of facility object.

The system retrieves all the facility objects of the type specified here.

Facility #

The facility of the facility object. You can enter the facility number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

The system retrieves the facility objects related to the facility entered  here.

Part #

The part reference for the facility object. You can enter the part number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

The system retrieves facility objects associated with the part # that you specify here.

If the part you specify is a constituent part, the system retrieves those facility objects that are associated with kit parts comprising the constituent part you specified here.

Ownership

Use the drop-down list box to select the kind of ownership for the facility object. The system lists the following values: Owned, Personal, Supplier and Customer.

The system retrieves all the facility objects having the ownership type selected here.

Part Description

An explanation of the part referred to the facility object.

The system retrieves all the facility objects having the part description entered here.

Held By

Use the drop-down list box to select the custodian of the facility object. The system displays ‘”Tool Crib", "Work Center" and "Employee".

The system retrieves all the facility objects held by the entity specified here.

Administered By

Use the drop-down list box to select the warehouse that keeps the part / facility object. The system displays the following values: "Facility Maint. Coordinator", "Holding Work Center", "Execution Work Center" and  "Tool Crib".

The system retrieves all the facility objects administered by the entity specified here.

Holding Tool Crib #

Use the drop-down list box to select the warehouse that keeps the part / facility object. The system displays the warehouses defined in the Storage Administration component with an “Active” status.

The system retrieves all the facility objects associated with the holding tool crib specified here.

Planner Group

The group of employees that manages the maintenance of the facility object. You can enter the planner group in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the facility objects associated with the planner group that you specify here.
