Specifying Additional Search Criteria for planning facility maintenance

Select the Additional Search Criteria tab in the “Plan Facility Maintenance” page and enter any or all of the following fields to find the facility object for which you want to record the maintenance plan.

Part #	The part reference for the facility object. You can enter the part number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system retrieves the parts having the digits entered here.
Condition	Use the drop-down list to specify the present state of the facility object. The system displays the following values: "Serviceable" and "Unserviceable". New – Indicates that the part is new or purchased recently. Overhauled – Indicates that some maintenance action or servicing is done on the part, and the part has not been used after servicing. Serviceable – Indicates that the part is in a usable condition. Unserviceable – Indicates that the part is in an unusable state and needs service. The system retrieves the facility objects in the specified condition.
Facility Object User Status	Use the drop-down list to specify the user-defined status of the facility object you want to return. The system displays one of the values defined under the quick code type Facility Object User Status in Work Center business component.
Facility Object Class	Use the drop-down list to specify the user-defined class of the facility object you want to return. The system displays one of the values defined under the quick code type Facility Object Class in Work Center business component.
Execution Facility	Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether the maintenance for the facility object is done within the organization. The system displays one of the following values, “Internal", "External” or ” Internal & External".
Exe. Work Center #	Use the drop-down list box to select the execution work center of the facility object. The system lists all the work centers defined in “Work Center” business component with the status as “Active”. The system retrieves all the facility objects associated with the work center selected here. Leave
Holding Tool Crib #	Use the drop-down list box to specify the holding tool crib for the facility object. The system displays the warehouses defined in Storage Administration business component in Active status for which tool operations transaction is allowed. The system retrieves the facility objects associated with the holding tool crib specified here.
Alert Date <=	The date on or before which the alert message is to be sent to the Facility Object administrator. The system retrieves the facility objects with the alert date specified here or that occurs before the specified alert date.
