Lot #

The lot number of the part / facility object. You can enter the lot number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

The system retrieves the lots having the digits entered here.

Serial #

The serial number for the part / facility object. You can enter the lot number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character.

The system retrieves the serial numbers having the digits entered here.

Facility Object User Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the facility object user status of the facility object. The system lists all the quick codes of the type "Facility Object User Status" defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Work Center” business component.

The system retrieves all the facility objects associated with the facility object user status selected here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the facility objects, irrespective of the facility object user status.

Facility Object Class

Use the drop-down list box to select the facility object class of the facility object. The system lists all the quick codes of the type "Facility Object Class" defined in the “Create Quick Codes” activity of the “Work Center” business component.

The system retrieves all the facility objects associated with the facility object class selected here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the facility objects, irrespective of the facility object user class.

Condition

Use the drop-down list box to select the condition of the facility object. The system displays the following values.

  • New – Indicates that the part is new or purchased recently.

  • Overhauled – Indicates that some maintenance action or servicing is done on the part, and the part has not been used after servicing.

  • Serviceable – Indicates that the part is in a usable condition.

  • Unserviceable – Indicates that the part is in an unusable state and needs service.

  • Phased Out – Indicates that the part is not usable and needs to be shelved.

The system retrieves all the facility objects in the specified condition.

Note: When the condition of a Facility Object is updated, one of the following occurs:

  • If the facility object is serial controlled then the condition is updated in the Stock Maintenance table.

  • If the facility object is of Part Type “Component”, then the Component ID condition is updated in the “Aircraft” business component.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to select the status of the facility object. The system displays the following values: “Active” and “Inactive".

The system retrieves all the facility objects with the specified status.

Holding Work Center #

Use the drop-down list box to select the holding work center of the facility object. The system lists all the work centers defined in “Work Center” business component with the status as “Active”.

The system retrieves all the facility objects associated with the work center selected here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the facility objects, irrespective of the work center.

Exe. Work Center #

Use the drop-down list box to select the execution work center of the facility object. The system lists all the work centers defined in “Work Center” business component with the status as “Active”.

The system retrieves all the facility objects associated with the work center selected here. Leave this field blank to retrieve all the facility objects, irrespective of the work center.
