Edit Engineering Service Request Quick Codes – A summary of the activity

This activity allows you to modify an existing quick code in the “Active” status. The system lists all the quick codes defined for the selected quick code type, in the multiline. You can modify the description of the quick code and also change its status. The system stores the user ID and the server date along with the other modified details for the quick code.

What you can do in this activity

Activate or Inactivate the quick code

You can inactivate a quick code that is in the “Active” status, so that it is disabled from future reference in other activities.

Set the “Status” field to “Inactive”.

The system updates the status of the quick code to “Inactive”.
