Delete / View associated document attachments – A summary of the activity

This screen allows you to search for and retrieve the files belonging to a business component, with respect to the reference documents such as component work order, aircraft maintenance execution reference, goods receipt, repair order or any other entity. You can enter additional search criteria related to the files, to narrow down the search, such as the aircraft registration number, part # / serial #, supplier # or User Id.

The system will retrieve all the files such as an excel file, pdf file, word document, etc., that satisfy your search criteria. The destination path of the file is defined in the “Set Options” activity of the current business component. The desired file is retrieved based on the information such as:

• The name of the business component to which it belongs

• The type of the reference document

• The unique number identifying the reference document

• The keycode

You can now click the hyperlink file name and view the contents of the file or delete the file.
