This page allows you to retrieve the details of the file that are already defined. The system displays the file names that match the filter criteria in the multiline.
Click the lens icon positioned next to the “File Name” field in the main screen.
The “Help on File Name” page appears.
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box to search for a file name. Data entry in the following field is optional:

File Name |
The file name of the reference document. (Alphanumeric, 50). You can enter the number in full or specify it partially using the “*” character. The system lists all the file names that are similar to the values entered here. Zoom facility available. |
Click the “Search” button to display the search results.
The system retrieves all the files as defined in the “Destination Path” or “Default Destination Path” for the component and the OU code combination in the “Set Options” activity.
The system displays the following fields in the “Search Results” multiline:

Check the box in the “Select” column of the multiline to select the file name.
Click the “OK” button.
