The code or number that identifies the equipment category. Mandatory.

Note: This category code once saved cannot be modified.

The short name of the equipment category.

Status

Use the drop-down list box to set the status of the equipment category. The drop-down list box displays the following:  Active and Inactive.

Created By

The user name of the login user who created the equipment category record.

Created Date

The date on which the login user created the equipment category record.

Modified By

The user name of the login user who most recently modified the equipment category record.

Modified Date

The date on which the login user who most recently modified the equipment category record.
