Viewing deferral category details

Select the “View Deferral Category” link in the “Select Deferral Category” page. Alternatively, you can select the hyperlinked deferral category code in the multiline of the same page.
The “View deferral Category” page appears.

Date Format |
The format in which the date field is displayed. This format is displayed from the "User Preferences" business component based on the login user id. In case the format is not defined, the system displays the date format from the "Enterprise Modeling" business component by default. |

The system displays the following field in the “deferral Category Details” group box:

Deferral Category |
The deferral category code selected in the previous page for viewing |
|
Status |
The status of the deferral category which could be “Active” or “Inactive”. |
|
Description |
The textual description of the deferral Category. |
|
Limit Type |
The type of deferral limit associated to a deferral category based on which the MEL/CDL item number gets deferred. This could be "Indefinite", "Time Based", "Usage Based" or "Time and Usage Based". |

Limit Basis |
The limit basis for the time based deferral which could be “Whichever is earlier” or “Whichever is later”. |
The system displays the following in the “Time Based Deferral Limits” group box:

Deferral Duration |
The duration or period for which the MEL/CDL item number can be deferred The time unit for the deferral which could be “Days”, “Hours” or “Months” is displayed alongside. |
The system displays the following in the “Usage Based Deferral Limits” multiline:

The code identifying the parameter |

Parameter Description |
The textual description of the parameter. |

UOM |
The unit of measurement for the parameter |
|
Deferral Limits |
The value of the parameter based on which the deferral item number is deferred |

Remarks |
Any remark or comment pertaining the deferral category. |

The name of the user who created the deferral category |

Created Date |
The date on which the deferral category was created |

Last Modified By |
The name of the user who last modified the deferral category |

Last Modified Date |
The date on which deferral category was last modified |
